1 - 60 minute Pilates session
During your private session with Allison, you will use the reformer and the tower to stabilize your core and strengthen your abs, gluts, and back. You will receive 60 minutes of uninterrupted attention, all eyes on your form in order to insure proper mechanics and safety. The session will be designed to fit your posture, goals and special considerations. It is by far the best way to begin an amazing journey into the world of pilates and all of it's healthy benefits.
