1 - 60 minute Training session
Give us an hour of your day and gain years of pain-free, lower impact, higher cadence running. At Pilates Detroit, we will spend an entire session watching you stand, walk, run, squat, plank, hop and jump in order to improve your flexibility, strength, core stability and balance. And as a result, you will learn how to make small, gradual changes to your gait that will have huge outcomes. Come ready to workout, this 60 minutes will be packed with movement and a ton of helpful information you can put to use on your very next run.
