If you have never done Pilates on the equipment before, or you love Pilates but prefer to move through the technique more slowly but steadily, this class is made for you. Newbies, and semi-newbies alike will love this class. It is our most focused, thorough and fun rendition of essential level Pilates. You will learn how to safely use and adjust the reformer, the names of our exercises, and the fundamentals of posture and Pilates. Definitely worth a try (or 3-4!)

**This class is for our newest clients or those who require increased time to perform exercises due to chronic injury or difficulty with some aspects of their spine or joint mobility**

Essential level Pilates classes are best suited to clients once they have either completed 3 privates or 3-4 of the New Kids classes. We will be working on the entire sequence of classes, with some modifications, and we will be moving at a slighter faster pace. Essential classes create the foundation for Pilates clients to become fluent in their practice, and clients may spend many weeks or even months at this level. Strength, mobility, balance and coordination will be addressed and improved!

energy burst reformer

Energy Boost Reformer is an exceptional way to start out your day. This is a class for clients with some Pilates experience (definitely great after doing a series of private sessions or those who are practicing at the Essential+ level) who are looking to deepen their Pilates practice and their core strength. Find new levels of energy, work on fine tuning your skills and understanding of your body’s true capacity in this amazing small group class.

intermediate reformer

This class best suits our Pilates fluent clients who are looking for a safe and challenging workout. Increased strength, stamina, flexibility and power are included in this next level Pilates class. Intermediate classes move at a fast pace, requiring competency in all of the Essential workout (and its modifications) and proficiency in using and adjusting the Pilates reformers. This class is intended to be an advancement of skills practiced many times before, and demands excellent balance, coordination and mobility of the clients.

athletic reformer

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this high energy, faster paced, ultra challenging, super safe reformer class. It’s also very likely you will be busting out a jump board in this class. Join Nicole G for 55 minutes of the most creative, athletic and brain-body-connecting classes we have to offer. This will be the most rewarding hour of your day, maybe even your week!

**Clients must be at the Intermediate level, injury free, tolerate all spinal movements including rotation and display pain free mobility in all of their joints in order to attend this class**

jumpboard reformer

Oh Lord, it’s time to get your cardio goooooo-ing on the jumpboard!!  This class is for our Pilates lovers (Essential+/Intermediate) who would like to add another layer of challenge to their practice by bringing cardio to their reformer game. Plan on 55 minutes of action packed Pilates reformer moves with a little bounce, skip, hop, jump to boost your heart rate and strengthen your core!
